Identify an opinionated leader (someone who is usually in the media for their views) whom they admire and to follow that person over the term (i.e. social media, publications, newspapers, etc.) I choose the leader is Rihanna.

You will need to evaluate the effectiveness of her leadership style to promote ideas. Provide a strong argument on why her leadership is effective or not and discuss her leadership profile using the theories learned during the textbook.
