2 Future Foodservice Trends Articles

Each student is required to research and submit to D2L two articles pertaining to the topic of future foodservice operation trends. Both articles will be due by the beginning of the 9th week of class. Students will be required to summarize and answer specific questions for each article as well as discuss the articles in class during week 9. Specific questions to complete as well as a grading rubric are posted on D2L.

Assignment requirements

  • 1-2 pages double spaced (per article)
  • Answer the following questions
    • Give a brief summary of each article
    • How do you see this trend affecting Chicago
    • Is this trend something that you would be interesting in
    • What do you want other students to know about this article and trend
