Personal Action Plan

Considering everything you have learned in this course, in a three- to five-page paper write a personal action plan that strategizes how you will implement the ideas learned throughout this course with emphasis on how implementation of your ideas might positively impact your organization.
- Craft three strategies (i.e., steps, guidelines, processes, procedures, etc.) that you will follow to implement specific outcomes.
- Describe how your strategies will lead to desired outcomes within your organization.
- Describe any resistance you may encounter by following these strategies.
- Describe how you will apply what you have learned in this course to your dissertation topic or to the selection of a dissertation topic if you have not yet selected a topic.
Support your statements with evidence from the required studies and your research. Cite and reference your sources in APA style.
